Church Family,

Over the years, we have seen God do incredible things in and through Chestnut Mountain. We are seeing people belong to the family of God, becoming mature disciples of Christ, and we are building the

Kingdom of God together. While we celebrate what God has done, I believe He is inviting us to look ahead—to what He has NEXT for us.

We live in one of the fastest-growing areas in the country. That’s not by accident. God has placed our church in a unique place, at a unique time, with a unique opportunity to saturate our community and

beyond with the Good News. God has entrusted CMC with influence, opportunity, and resources, not so we can hold them tightly, but so we can live open-handed. When God gives us the vision, He is entrusting us to accomplish it by His plan, not our plan.

As a church, our mission has always been clear: to saturate the world by making disciples. Together, we have the opportunity to build bridges to the NEXT—to new ministry, new people, new opportunities, and

so much more.

As we seek Him together, I’m praying that we would listen closely to the Lord in this season, trust Him fully, and move forward with faith, obedience, and open hands as we build bridges to the NEXT.
